                      Faith Promise
Each Nazarene Church is given a World Evangelism Fund budget to pay to the General church which is used for our Missions program (Missionaries salaries, etc) Faith Promise is designed to raise the money through our congregation making a promise (to God) to give on a regular basis towards our Missions.
Our Promises along with cash offerings that were received on Sunday amount to over $12,000.00. C.L.U.E characters represent: (Clear Lively Ultimate Education) for our Missions Program.
This program was designed to educate our congregation  as to where their dollars go that are given to our missions program.

IT'S IN THE BAG!

Ever wonder the inpact those 2-gallon plastic bags called Crisis Care Kits (CCK) have in the event of disasters around the world?  You may be surprized to learn that there is more than meets the eye.  These inspiring accounts tell the true story...

*Susie in Macedonia was given a Crisis Care Kit.  She was so amazed that someone loved her enough to give her one that she waited three day before gathering enough courage to approach a Nazarene worker to ask who had been so kind.  The worker explained to Susie the love that Christ had for her and that she could know Jesus personally.  His love changed her life, and now Susie is volunteering to distribute CCKs to others in need.

*CCKs were shipped to the Dominican Republic in preparation for the hurricane season.  They arrived the same week an unexpected earthquake measuring 6.5 shocked the country.  Grateful recipients were blessed as they were told, "God sent these Crisis Care Kits just in time to help you".

*A 78 year old lady, who had to flee from her ome because of a raging fire in California, called to thank the Church of the Nazarene.  "In my hurry to evacuate, I left some of my personal things behind.  Scores of us converged at the shelter, and we were all anxious.  The first thing they handed to us was a plastic bag.  They called it a Crisis Care Kit.  I'll never forget it!  I will always remember this act of kindess.

It's hard to imagine the fear and insecurity felt by those in the midst of a disaster.  That's why NCM strives to bring hope back into the road to recovery.  It's not just a bag of everyday items; it's filled with hope that is making Christ's Compassion known to people around the world.
